The Zentralstelle für Jüdische Auswanderung was founded on March 31, 1941 by Reichskommissar Arthur Seyss-Inquart on the order of Reinhard Heydrich.
The organization was engaged in observing the Jewish community, preparing and deporting the Jews and collecting the household effects of the deportees.
The Zentralstelle für Jüdische Auswanderung was under the command of Willy Lages and Ferdinand aus der Fünten and the headquarters of the organization was located at the Adama van Scheltemaplein in Amsterdam.
